Seri Botani International School (SBIS) is an international school that caters international education to both local and expatriate communities, especially in Ipoh, Perak. They use the Cambridge International Curriculum for their main education.Â
In the early years, when they are in nursery and reception, students will be in environments that help them adapt and learn soft skills. During this stage, mathematics, art, music, Mandarin, and Malay will be taught, among other things.
When moving to primary school, kids will enter Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (Year 1 to 6). During this stage, children are able to grasp the foundation of the subjects taught as well as find their potential in their own interests. They will be learning English, mathematics, science, physical education, global perspective, Islamic studies (for Muslims), and so on.Â
Once these students finish their Cambridge Checkpoint exam, they will enter lower secondary school for Key Stage 3 (Year 7 to 9). Students are taught how to be leaders by focusing on their physical fitness and sportsmanship, as well as giving them opportunities to try new things and be creative.Â
