REAL Kids, the Actual Education

REAL Kids is an established brand of preschool in Malaysia. With 42 centres available across the nation, this school has succeeded in providing affordable preschool education for more than 15,000 children. Because of their 35 years of experience and well-trained teachers, they have won a number of awards, especially fromParenthood Magazine, for making children happy and confident.�

In conjunction with the  Kurikulum Standard Prasekolah Kebangsaan (KSPK), several best learning approaches are being used, including Multiple Intelligences (MI), Project-Based Learning (PBL), Inter-Disciplinary Learning (IDL), and Play & Game Based Learning (PGBL). These approaches are adapted into their two programmes, the Full Day Programme and Half Day Programme. In each programme, REAL Kids offers three different curriculums namely REAL Kids First, REAL Kids Plus, and REAL Kids Tots.

REAL Kids First is following the KPSK curriculum and the REAL KIDS Pre-School Education Programme.REAL Kids Plus is similar, but it follows the International Preschool Standards instead. Both are designed for children aged three to six years old.REAL Kids Tots on the other hand, is for infants and toddlers that are developing their cognitive skills and are able to interact with their surroundings.

To explain further, theFull Day Programme is conducted from 8 AM to 3.30 PM, and consists of various courses and activities throughout the day that could enhance the children’s education and prepare them for primary school. From 8 AM to 12 PM, in theMain Programme, children will go through classes such as language and literacy, health and wellbeing, and cognitive fitness. Then, through theEnhancement Programme from 12 PM to 3 PM, children will be doing activities that can unleash their creativity and any other abilities, including craft and create, culinary arts, and communication art. TheExtended Care Programmeis also organised from 3.30 PM to 6 PM, where it is optional for children to join. Some activities available are taekwondo, dance, musical instruments, an Islamic class, and coding.�

Not to mention, theirHalf Day Programmehas the same activities and objectives, but it only conducts theMain Programme from 8 AM to 12 PM weekdays.�
